Heart rate monitor, Exercise mat, Towel, Water, Medium dumbbells, Light dumbbells


STRENGTH | LOWER BODY is a total body workout with extra emphasis on your glutes and legs. Using various weights, we take out the impact but keep the intensity.


How to prepare

Wear sneakers and clear a space around you big enough for burpees and jumping jacks. Make sure the device you are using to stream from has a full charge and you are near your WiFi router or in a location with strong connectivity.
